Positioning
How Delphis differs from vendor consoles, SaaS management and AI governance.
The problem of AI licenses is only partly covered by three categories of tools. Delphis links them in a single model, to reach decisions on spend and return.
Three categories, three gaps
Vendor admin consoles
CoversUsage and licenses of a single vendor.
Leaves uncoveredThe view across different vendors, overlaps, impact.
SaaS management platforms
CoversApplication inventory and software spend.
Leaves uncoveredThe link with use cases, the measurement of real adoption, AI compliance.
AI governance platforms
CoversModel registers, risk assessment, compliance.
Leaves uncoveredCosts, actual usage and impact on processes.
Where Delphis makes the difference
- 01
A single data model
For each tool, from the Copilot license to the local model, Delphis links cost and real usage per seat, the use cases it supports, overlaps with other tools and applicable regulatory obligations. Savings are simulated down to the licenses to reduce or consolidate.
- 02
Honest impact measurement
Three levels kept apart: real adoption, impact on processes with a baseline before and after, impact on people in aggregate form. Impact is measured well on bounded processes, and we say so even where it is an estimate.
- 03
European regulatory context
GDPR, NIS2 and the AI Act read together, tool by tool, with a gap checklist. It is a mapping that helps understand what applies to what, not legal advice.
What it does not do
- It does not replace legal advice on compliance.
- It does not assess individuals: data is always aggregated by role or department.
- It does not promise a single ROI for the whole organization: impact is read on bounded processes, together with adoption and spend.
